Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://residentialcleaninghomer.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. The Tidy Chic Company LLC reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Service Description. This Site describes Residential Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning, Green Cleaning, Exterior Painting, Interior Painting, Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Airbnb Cleaning provided by The Tidy Chic Company LLC. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by The Tidy Chic Company LLC or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Termination. The Tidy Chic Company LLC may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
No Warranties. The Tidy Chic Company LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Damages. The Tidy Chic Company LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Tidy Chic Company LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under MI law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in MI for any related dispute.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
